Kym Albert Weir B. Ec. (Adelaide), F.C.A MAICD

Although Mr Weir originally had experience in all facets of a chartered accountant's practice including audit, tax and management consulting, he has specialized in corporate recovery and corporate advisory work for many years where he has handled numerous administrations, business reviews, business valuations, mergers and acquisitions and strategic planning assignments. He was also partner in charge of the Adelaide office for Price Waterhouse Litigation Support Services.

He currently holds the position of Managing Director of Rundle Capital Partners Limited which is an Adelaide based merchant bank concentrating on Corporate Advisory, Capital Raising and Merger & Acquisition work. Mr Weir has served as director on the Boards of a number of Government, public, private and not for profit companies and currently sits on several Boards and advisory Boards for a range of clients.
